Terms of service

Thanks for shopping with That Girl Brie. This site is run by That Girl Brie, a cheese and charcuterie shop at 115 West Cascade Avenue in River Falls, Wisconsin. When you browse or order from us, you agree to these terms. We kept them as short and plain as we could.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Once you place an order, the price you paid is locked in. We do our best to keep everything on the site accurate, but if we make a mistake on a price or product, we'll reach out before your order is filled and give you the choice to continue or cancel.

We may limit or decline an order, for example if we're fully booked that day or something looks off with the payment. If that happens, you'll get a full refund.

Fresh pickup orders

Fresh boards and boxes need at least 72 hours notice and are picked up at our River Falls shop on the date and time you choose. We cap how many boards we make each day, so some dates may fill up, especially around holidays. Please bring your order number and pick up during your chosen window. Fresh food is best enjoyed the day you get it, so keep it cold and enjoy it within 2 days.

Shipping

We ship gift boxes within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order. Orders ship by UPS to the contiguous United States. Shipped boxes are packed cold and should be refrigerated as soon as they arrive. Please double check the delivery address, since we can't control a package once it's with the carrier.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles milk, nuts, wheat and other common allergens, and everything is made in a shared space. We can't promise any product is allergen free. If you have a food allergy, please check with us before you order.

Your information

We only use your information to fill your order and, if you sign up, to send you our emails. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Using our site

All photos, writing and designs on this site belong to That Girl Brie. Please don't copy them without asking. Please don't use the site for anything unlawful or try to disrupt it.

The legal part

We work hard to get every order right, but our products and site are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, That Girl Brie isn't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using our products or site, and our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms follow the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

We may update these terms from time to time. The newest version will always live on this page.
