You can tell a lot of thought went into it, not just the ingredients but the little details too. The Gorgonzola and Brie were both amazing, and the honey pairing took them to another level. Sweet and creamy in the best way. I also loved that she tucked chocolate chips into the raspberries, which was such a fun and unexpected touch. Everything felt really well balanced and intentional. We have had numerous cheeses, and all are of very high quality. Perfect for your holiday charcuterie boards!!!! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Complimentary coffee and cocoa! 5* experience. This business was arguably THE coolest group ever if you ever want to host an event.  The food was just stellar, things were absolutely beautiful, and the owner was simply wonderful to work with.   I will be calling Bri in the future because this business is the real deal and totally rocks at what they do!
