We believe pretty food tastes better.
That Girl Brie started with one simple idea: food should make people stop, smile and reach for their phones before they reach for a cracker. Every board, box and grazing table we make is built around that moment.
We're a small, family-run cheese and charcuterie shop in River Falls, Wisconsin. We hand-pick great Wisconsin cheese, style it like it's going to a party (because it usually is) and send it out the door to make your gathering a little more memorable.
Made to be shared, styled to be remembered
Some people bring a veggie tray. Our customers bring the thing everyone talks about on the drive home. From a small Keepsake box for two to a grazing table for a few hundred guests, we design every spread to be the centerpiece of the room.
It's cheese, meats, fruit, sweets and fresh flowers, layered with care by people who love this stuff a little too much.

Hi, friend!
I'm Brie, and I'm head over heels for all things beautiful in the food department. Seriously, it's a full-blown obsession.
That Girl Brie began as a quirky side hustle, a way to juggle mom life and make a little dough doing something I loved. One board turned into ten, ten turned into grazing tables for weddings and corporate parties, and before I knew it, I was bringing pretty food to every corner of the St. Croix Valley.
What hasn't changed is why I do it. I love the moment someone walks into a room, sees the spread and says "wait, we get to eat that?" Creating that moment for your birthday, your wedding, your client thank-you or your Tuesday night is the best job I can imagine.

How we got here
From kitchen table to Main Street
A side hustle is born
A few boards for friends and family, made at the kitchen table between school drop-offs and bedtime stories.
Grazing tables take off
Word spreads around the St. Croix Valley. Weddings, showers and corporate events start asking for the "pretty food girl."
A shop of our own
We open our doors at 115 West Cascade Avenue in River Falls, with a cheese case full of Wisconsin favorites and boards made fresh to order.

We make it fresh, never from a case
Every board and box is built to order with seasonal, rotating ingredients. That's why we ask for 72 hours' notice: your spread is made for you, not pulled off a shelf.

When I'm not building boards, you'll find me at home in River Falls wrangling my two wild (yet oh-so-lovable) boys alongside my partner in crime, with a mischievous French bulldog adding a touch of chaos. They're my taste testers, my biggest fans and the reason this little business exists.
