Here’s the magic Tracy whipped up:
The steps are simple: “Toss the cream cheese, most of the dried beef, scallions, Gloucester, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and salt into a bowl. Mix until it’s giving smooth, savory, and fully blended. Shape that goodness into a ball (or two!), wrap in plastic, and chill for at least an hour. Time to dress it up—roll one in scallions + dried beef, the other in chopped pecans for that nutty crunch. Serve with your fave crackers and prepare to be the MVP of the snack table.
